Kansas City Youth Jazz would like to thank
everyone who came out to our annual concert/fundraiser on May 4 at
Unity Temple. Without you - our fantastic students, patrons,
parents, sponsors and, of course, the wonderful musicians - none of
it would even have been possible. Thanks for making sure we could
carry out Clark Terry's wish that "the show must go on."

Summer enrollment
Summer Session Enrollment is Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 10:00 am
to 12:00 Noon. All students (except current Reno Band members
– see below) planning to attend the summer session are
required to bring their enrollment form and tuition payment along
with their instrument and music. All students are asked to
come prepared to perform a piece of music. KCYJ instructors
and staff will meet to determine the summer schedule and band
placement rosters the afternoon of May 10th. Students will be
notified of placement once the summer schedule has been
determined.
